It's Beginning to Look a lot like Christmas

Our family LOVES Christmas and I especially love putting up Christmas decorations!!!! I spent a lot of last week doing this. I know it is a little early but who couldn't use a few extra weeks of Christmas. The kids and I put up all the trees and we even made a Christmas craft.

The kids always enjoy a little craft as long as it does not take long!!! There attention wanders quickly away.
Ryan was off a few days last week for some family time. We did a little Christmas shopping and of course couldn't go to the mall without taking Daddy on a carousel ride.

Our sweet little girl is getting so big. She is looking more and more like a little girl every day and not so much a baby anymore :(

We also made Sugar cookies this past week to decorate and Addie probably enjoyed them the most!

Family Pictures

Since Ryan was off today we attempted to go have family pictures taken. Addison has become a terror when it comes to having her picture taken. I was also going to try and have them do her 1 year pictures as well today but this was definitely not happening. Here is the best of what we got today. I am just happy to have a decent family picture that includes Addison.

We are so glad to have Ryan home after a few days of hunting this week. Here are some of the things we have done while he has been gone. A very dirty Haley and Logan - after a walk to the park, playing outside and jumping on the trampoline they were covered in dirt from head to toe. I love the way Haley is looking at Logan like he is crazy or something!!!!
This girl has attitude. I still need to post a picture of one of her hissy fits (which are thrown anytime she does not get what she wants - which is pretty much all day long). It is so hilarious and now she throws herself on the floor, kicks her legs and just rolls all over the plays screaming. Oh you gotta love how dramatic girls are!

Happy Halloween

Here are lots and lots and lots of pictures from our big day!!!! Hope everyone had a great halloween. I know we did. We went to a fall festival with the kids and they had a blast as you can see!

Bandaids and Bedtime

The other night I went to check on Logan in his bed as I always do before I go to bed. On my way in his room I see bandaid wrappers on the floor. I get to his bed and it is empty. I start thinking OH no what is he up to. I walk into the living room to find this.......(I was in the bath and Ry was watching tv in our room so we did not know he had gotten up - although this has become something he does on occasion). I kind of woke him up to go back to his room and I said "Logan why do you have bandaids all over your face" his response was "because I just do mom" Another cute story:
The other day I was standing in line to vote and was trying to keep Logan occupied by talking with him since it was about a 30 minute wait. He was asking me what we were doing and I told him voting for the president of the united states. I go on to ask him if he knows who the president is right now and he looks at me and says "mommy you are". I said well I think you dad would disagree. He would probably say I am the Vice President - I am ok with that.
