Pool and Boots

While I was looking for shoes at Target the other day for Addie Logan walks around the corner with the boots on. He would not take them off and he had been really good for me at Target so I got them for him. He would not take them off. He even slept in them the past 2 nights. He does look pretty cute in them I must say.

We went over to my Aunts house yesterday to pick up bunk beds for Logan and to swim. This was Addie's first time in a swimming pool. She enjoyed herself.

Today we went to Safari Stop with some friends and I got this picture of Kat with Addie and Raylan. Addie is passed out!!! Kat needs a girl. She has a little boy so we are giving her some practice!

Another event filled weekend. Friday night we all went out to Willies for dinner. The kids enjoyed playing in the sand!!!

Logan ate about 3/4 a jar of peanuts Friday night (i did not realize how many he had eaten) and needless to say we were up all night with a sick kiddo.

Happy 3rd Birthday Haley Bug!! There was a luau to celebrate Miss Haleys Birthday. The kids got to play in the pool and that is always a hit!!

Monday we had some friends over for Memorial Day. We got the kid pools out and let the kids enjoy themselves while we ate!!

We have been busy busy busy this week. Our friends Ashlee and Peyton are moving next week so we have been trying to hang out with them as much as possible. Monday we went to the park and it was oh so HOT!!!! As you can see from Logan we were all sweating profusely. Monday we took the kids back out to Market Street. The pools here do not open during the week until after this weekend (Memorial Day) and this is a nice way to cool the kids off in the heat.

We had several Astros game this week. We took the kids to the Cubs/Astros game on Tuesday. It was a sad loss for them. We normally root for the Astros unless they are playing the Cubbies!!! Here are the kids ready to go to the game decked out in their Cubs apparel.
We stopped at Birraporreti's for dinner on the way to the game. This is one of my favorite Italian restaurants that we go to when we have events downtown.

Saturday Ryan took Wrigley to get shaved, well this is what he told the groomer to do to her. She now looks like a Lion. When Logan saw her he laughed for about 20 minutes straight. Poor Wrigley.

We finally got to meet Addie's new friend Lizzie. She looks just like her big sister Haley. What a cutie she is.

Yesterday we took the kids to the mall to ride the carousel and have lunch. Here I am with Peyton, Lo, Addie and Ava before our carousel ride.

Addie was so tired of shopping yesterday. This is how she fell asleep in her stroller.
Last night we took the kids to jazz night at Market street. They had a blast.



We still have lots more planned this weekend. Hopefully next weekend we will be able to just relax!!!!!!!!!!
